Sydney joined KSIG Advisors in September 2026 as a part-time Finance & Strategy Intern. Working under senior direction, she contributes structured research, financial and market analysis, model preparation, presentation materials, and project coordination across internal and client-facing work.
She also supports KSIG’s publishing program by researching and developing clear, evidence-based content for KSIG Insights and LinkedIn. That work connects academic finance and strategy with the practical questions owners and finance leaders face.
Her role is designed to produce useful work for KSIG while building applied capability in financial analysis, consulting communication, operating judgment, and professional accountability.
Current scope
Insights research
Source development, fact-checking, outlining, drafting, and editorial support for KSIG’s website and LinkedIn content.
Client materials
Preparation and refinement of presentation materials, written analysis, and supporting documentation under senior supervision.
Special projects
Focused work spanning cash-flow forecasting, KPI reporting, market analysis, operating questions, and internal systems.

Before joining KSIG, Sydney developed meaningful operating experience as a manager with Sugar + Spoon. She has handled hiring, training, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and daily execution across Central Washington and greater Seattle.
She helped lead the company’s relocation to Roslyn, where higher-traffic positioning increased sales by 60%. Her background also includes recreation operations at Suncadia Resort, customer-facing work at Awaken Me Coffee, and leadership through Distinguished Young Women, Chi Omega, Navigators, and university business organizations.

Sydney is a junior at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, double majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a 3.75 GPA and expected graduation in June 2028.
She earned 4.0 grades in Business Finance and Strategic Communication and has received Dean’s List recognition for 2024-2025 and Annual Dean’s List recognition for 2025-2026. Her Strategic Communication professor ranked her first in the class and said her final grade was the second-highest he had awarded.
