Privacy & data use.

How we use information across our public website, inquiries, professional introductions, and client engagement systems.

Scope and operator

About this notice.

KSIG Advisors is a practice operated by KSIG Group LLC. This notice describes personal and business information handled through KSIG's public website, inquiry forms, and KSIG-managed client portal. It does not automatically apply to independent professionals or other organizations operating their own websites and services. Separate engagement terms and confidentiality commitments may add protections.

The information handled depends on whether you are visiting the website, asking about services, seeking an executive or partner opportunity, or participating in a client engagement.

Public website visitors

The website uses Vercel Analytics for selected public pageviews. Its script limits eligible events to public pages, omits query parameters from reported event URLs, and excludes private client routes. It honors browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals and supports a separate browser opt-out. Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical request data under their respective terms.

Google Analytics is optional. Its script loads only after an affirmative "Allow analytics" choice, stored locally in your browser. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad-personalization signals are configured as denied.

Your choices affect future eligible page loads in this browser, not events already processed. Clearing site data can reset these preferences.

Prospect and needs-evaluation inquiries

When you complete a needs evaluation or contact KSIG, the fields may include name, work contact information, employer or business name, role, company size or estimated revenue range, priorities, project needs, budget, timeline, referral source, and other details you voluntarily enter. We use this information to assess fit, respond, prepare for an initial conversation, organize the inquiry, and establish a possible engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not itself enroll you in marketing or create an advisory relationship.

Executive candidates and ecosystem partners

If you submit an expression of interest through Work With KSIG, we may receive your professional profile, employer or firm, role, location, experience, availability, desired work, and partnership interests. We use those details to evaluate possible collaborations and contact you about your submission. We do not treat an inquiry as an agreement to distribute a candidate profile or client information without appropriate authorization.

Client portal and engagement records

For authorized clients and KSIG team members, the separate client portal may process account contact information, authentication and verification records, organizational ownership and entity details, business and financial information, tax or business identifiers, engagement and billing materials, document records, signed or draft agreements, portal actions, and related correspondence. Some fields, including taxpayer identifiers, are sensitive; submit them only through an approved KSIG workflow, never by unsolicited ordinary email.

Client workspaces have access and authorization controls, audit records, and technical safeguards described by their actual deployed configuration. No website or hosted system can promise absolute security. The portal is intended for assigned participants, and sharing outside an engagement is governed by the relevant authorization and service terms.

The public-site analytics described above should not be confused with portal operational activity records or with third-party services used during client work. Portal activity records may capture categories of actions and authorized users in order to support access controls, service delivery, troubleshooting, and accountability. They are not intended to function as public marketing analytics.

Use, disclosure, and service providers

KSIG uses submitted information for requested services, relationship management, onboarding, professional coordination, documentation, billing, operational security, and applicable business or legal obligations. Limited information may be available to authorized KSIG personnel and service providers needed for the relevant workflow. Depending on the workflow and which integrations are enabled, providers may include secure hosting and identity infrastructure (such as Vercel and Supabase), CRM or intake systems (such as HubSpot), secure client document services (such as Canopy), electronic signing (such as Docusign), accounting and invoicing platforms (such as QuickBooks), and communications providers. Naming a provider does not mean every integration is active for every client.

External professionals, referral partners, or other independently operated businesses are not automatically entitled to client information. Engagement-specific sharing should follow applicable client instructions, agreed scope, and contractual or legal requirements. Processing by providers may occur in different jurisdictions according to their service terms.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the record type, engagement obligations, legal or tax requirements, security needs, and the capabilities of relevant service providers. KSIG is not presenting a universal fixed deletion period for all inquiry, client, and portal records. In particular, audit, agreement, and operational records may need to remain available after a particular task or account is closed. Please contact us to request information about a particular record, discuss correction, or make an applicable deletion request. Requests will be assessed against legal, contractual, security and recordkeeping requirements; immediate deletion of all records cannot be promised.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may decline optional Google Analytics and disable eligible public pageview analytics using the controls above. You may also request information about personal information that KSIG holds, seek corrections, or ask for deletion or other rights where applicable law provides them. We may need to verify your request and retain information as permitted or required by law. We do not use the needs-evaluation consent box as a subscription to unsolicited marketing.

Other sites and policy changes

External links, including those to independent service providers and related projects, lead to separately operated sites with their own privacy statements. We may update this notice as our services and integrations change; the date above identifies the version currently published.
